A LITTLE ABOUT ME
As a Running Coach based in the greater NYC area, I have been coaching runners and individuals with weight loss goals to become a better version of themselves by using my cross-training method, inspired as a result of my running injuries that occurred two years ago. I am truly passionate about the game and I'm always ready to help others improve their own. I’ve been told I’m tough, motivating, but, at the same time, understanding. I give each client the individual guidance they personally need to reach and exceed their limits as a true Coach. Through intense preparation and realistic goal-setting, I motivate, inspire, and develop my athletes into successful stars.
